Better Locational Damage really added to that feel (realistic headshots) but the quickness of the mod and it's bugs has led me to look for a better combat changer.
Actually got introduced to Sim Settlements through BiRaitBec's Fallout 4 Mod List and Load Order Guide and while I enjoyed his list I tend to despite more game play elements that truly bring out the feeling of realistically surviving in the wasteland.
